Silence Power

I came across this while surfing the interent.   I thought I might share it.   I never really thought about it, but it is so true.

One time specificly, I was sitting in the van in the sun waiting for my 2 granddaughters to come out of the clinic with their mom.   The littlest granddaughter was in the car in her car seat.   The sun this year has been scolding hot.   I drove my car in search of a tree to try to ease the heat of the sun.   We were so uncomfortable, and then I found a big tree in a perfect spot to park the car.   I pulled under the tree.   I found some fold up chairs in the back of the van, and our discomfort turned to a good time.  

We enjoyed the tree.   It provided some much needed shade, and I never gave a thought to the person who planted the tree.   I just enjoyed the benefits.

The tree needed to mature, and so too must the seeds we plant in life.  

I guess when I get impatient now, I will reflect on the shade tree, and know that it will mature.   I just need to be patient and give it some time.

We rented the movie Limitless.   I thought this is going to be a good one, and it was, but it was not as good as I thought it was going to be.

Some of the creative photography while interesting, it did hurt my eyes. It moved too fast, but it did present an interesting view point. And it has an excellent ending. Very Good.

Also we watched Life as we know it, which was completely predictable, but in a good way. I really enjoyed this movie.   It is a romantic comedy.

The look of the mountains is in this exquisite rock home, complete with ceramic tile and wood laminate flooring with some carpet. Has a large walkin pantry, and an underground storm shelter. Oversized driveway for extra parking. Exterior painted last year. Easy to maintain back yard with a wood deck to enjoy your morning coffee or enjoy the evening sunset. A must see.

My oldest grand daughter’s birthday party was this weekend and we ate at Catfish Cove.

It is expensive at $12.99 a person, but We loved it.   I felt it was definitely worth the money spent.

It has a large buffet of seafood choices from fried shrimp, shrimp cocktail, fried catfish.   There is too much to list.

There is a salad bar section, a main dish section, and a dessert section.

 And I hear Grandma makes the cobblers herself homemade.  

 UuuuuMmmmmm good.

I have to mention the Prohition Room! It probaly is one of the BEST kept secrets in OKC!

Feel my enthuisaim! You will find it hard to beat their lunch prices. You can not eat that cheap at fast food restraunts like McDonalds.

I ordered a BLT. The choice of sides are absolutely awesome. Anyway, I was hungry, but I am always low on cash, I looked for something cheap. I found the BLT sandwhich for just $5. I thought man they are going to bring me out a cheap looking little sandwhich and the grilled asparagus is going to be one asparagus. To my amazement, the sndwhich was HUGE. Did you get that? Capital letters for emotion. And the asparagus must have been cooked by amazon women because that was the biggest asparagus I have ever seen.The plate was just $5 and it could have easily fed 2 people. I had the best waiter. He made sure to do everything just the way I wanted. He must have checked on me 10 times, striked up a conversation while I waited for Phill.

He also stated that the hotdog on Tuesday’s is only 3.5. And it is really good, and I have to go on a Tuesday and have one for only $3.50

So needless to say I am looking forward to a Tuesday to enjoy my $3.50 hotdog

They are not going to. Be open at lunch time anymore due to not enough businessN which makes me extremely sad. So go to the Prohibition Room, or we will loose it.

New FHA Changes upcoming.   After April 5, 2010 the down payment of 3.5% does not change except for credit score borrowers below 580.
Contributions towards closing costs from sellers to buyers is down from 6% to 3%. The upfront mortgage insurance premium (MIP) will be 2.25% up from 1.75%.

If you are thinking of buying Now is the Time before the changes take effect!   Which means Buyers will need more money to bring to closing when buying a home.
